Our New Office is Open and Ready to Welcome You!

 

Our new office location at 1464 W Webster Avenue officially opened to the public June 3rd. Our team is ready to assist with some precautions:

  • The state allows a maximum occupancy of 50% of the office space during Phase 4. For this reason, we ask you to call ahead if you plan on stopping by the office for assistance. Our waiting area is able to accommodate two people within the same household not counting children under two years of age.
  • When entering the office, you must wear a face covering as well as keep a six-feet distance between others. We also ask that you please stand behind the plexiglass divider when speaking with our front desk staff.
  • Enhanced cleaning of high-touch areas is conducted for the safety of our staff and clients.

The next update to this notice will occur once the state moves into Phase 5, which is scheduled for the end of July 2020.

 

Making Payments

 

Paying by e-check (ACH) through our online payment portal is the fastest and most secure route. If you need help in setting up an online payment, please contact us.

We have a large white mailbox located just outside the main office you may use to drop off payments/

You can also mail payments to the address below.
Expect delay in the processing of mailed checks and money orders.
